This is the most common flow for non-tech roles, but it can flex depending on the role and its seniority. We may add extra stages (for example, an additional team or product interview), and the order can change - sometimes the team interview comes first and the case task follows. Your recruiter will always let you know what to expect for your specific process.

⏳ Allow 30 minutes.
A casual exploratory conversation. We will want to know more about your motivation, your skills and background. We are also going to talk about what you're looking for in a new position and have some of this conversation in English (if it’s not the original interview language) to test your fluency. During conversation you might also be asked 1 or 2 technical questions. We will also ask for your compensation expectations and available start-date.

We also appreciate if you explore what's publicly available about us - our product DeoVR - before the call. During the screening we may also check how familiar you are with the company and our product.

If we haven’t already given you feedback in the interview, we will reach out to you explaining whether we are continuing the interview process or not. If we continue, we will invite you to сomplete our case task.
⏳ Case tasks are home technical challenges which can take a few hours to solve.
The tasks we've designed will not only help us understand your technical prowess, but it also simulates the kind of scaled down version of tasks you might face when working on product range at Infomediji.

The case can take different formats depending on the role: a take-home task, a live case session together with the hiring team, or an AI-assisted live session where you're welcome to use AI tools and we walk through and validate your approach and results together. Your recruiter will confirm the format with you in advance.
