⏳ All in all, the entire hiring process will take about 1.5-2 weeks on average. We aim to move fast, however don't hesitate to flag if your timeline doesn't fit ours and we'll adapt.

This is the typical flow for tech roles, but it can flex depending on the role and its seniority. We may add or merge stages, bring in additional team members, and the exact order can change. Your recruiter will always let you know what to expect for your specific process.

👩‍💻 Screening call with the Recruiter

Allow 30 minutes.

A casual exploratory conversation. We will want to know more about your motivation, your skills and background. We are also going to talk about what you're looking for in a new position and have some of this conversation in English (if it's not the original interview language) to test your fluency. During conversation you might also be asked 1 or 2 technical questions. We will also ask for your compensation expectations and available start-date.

Before the call, we appreciate if you explore what's publicly available about us - our product DeoVR - so the conversation is more productive. During the screening we may also check how familiar you are with the company and our product.

Expect feedback right in the interview or in the next 1-2 business days.

If we haven't already given you feedback in the interview, we will reach out to you explaining whether we are continuing the interview process or not. If we continue, we will invite you to move to the next stage.

🧭 Team / Hiring Manager Interview

Allow 30-60 minutes.

Right after the screening, you'll meet the hiring manager or a couple of people from the team. This conversation focuses on:
